We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from the moment you open your box.  Who has time to ship things back and forth?  We will answer any questions you have and advise you to make sure that you are as happy as possible with your jewelry purchase decision.  Each piece is highly scrutinized by our highly trained staff prior to shipping.  If for some reason you’re not happy our no questions asked warranty will protect you.  All we ask is that you return the piece within 15 days in its original condition for a full refund.
